Wash your hair with shampoo. Do not use any conditioner. Remove excess water with a towel, put on the gloves and apply the product to your hair uniformly by gentle massaging it in. Wait 30 minutes and rinse thoroughly to remove all traces of the product. For better results, conduct a patch test in order to determine wait time.
